"Project Nefarious PROMOTION"

Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents with a valid email address("Eligible Entrants"). Eligible Entrants must be between the ages of 7-12 as at April 2010 and must be accompanied by an adult.

3.The competition is not open to employees of Sony Computer Entertainment companies, their agents, contractors, consultants or to other persons assisting with the competition and their immediate families. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

4. The Promoter is Sony Computer Entertainment Australia Pty Limited (ABN 80 077 583 183) of 63-73 Ann Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010 ("Promoter").

5. The Promotion is run over 6 weeks, commencing at 12:00am AEST on 5 November 2009 and finishing at 11:59pm AEST on 20 December 2009.

6. To be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must visit www.haveyouseenthisrobot.com.au, register and play the game "Project Nefarious" by finding the clues and answering the questions, as prompted, follow the prompts to the competition entry page and input the requested details. Each clue answered correctly will be one entry into the draw. There are 10 clues in total, If all clues are answered (10) questions, the player will have 10 entries in the competition.

7. Any text message sent to the Ratchet number (0427-016-392) will incur the standard costs as charged by their service provider. No other costs will be incurred with receiving clues via SMS. The entrant can choose to receive their clues via SMS, however answers must be entered into www.haveyouseenthisrobot.com.au. Sending an SMS for the competition is not necessarily deemed as an entry, until they have registered on the website and answer the first clue.

8. Entrants can only enter the competition once for each different valid email address used to enter.

9. Eligible Entrants who answer all ten (10) questions correctly during the Project Nefarious game will go into the draw to win.

10. All entrants require parent/guardian permission to enter the promotion.

11. The draw will take place at Sony DADC Pty Ltd, 89 Chandos Street, St Leonards NSW 2065 at 12.00pm 20 January 2010. Winners will be notified by email. The prizes on offer are described below: Major Prize: The first valid entry drawn from all combined entries (of the entire promotional period) will win a Parent/Child Space Camp trip, which includes: (a)2 x Return flight to destination of Huntsville, Alabama USA on Economy Class, valid from any Australian capital city. (b) Transfer from Huntsville International to accommodation in Huntsville (c) 1 nights TWIN Share accommodation in Huntsville d) 3 Day/2 Night Space Camp Experience. Activities include: astronaut training and space aviation challenges. e) Dorm style share accommodation on-site f) Transfer to Huntsville International for return flight g) Return Transfer from LAX to Anaheim, California h) 3 nights TWIN Share accommodation in Anaheim i) 2 Day Disney Hopper Pass j) AU$500 spending money k) The prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash (l) Prize and Travel in April 2010 to coincide with Space Camp Dates and is subject to availability TOTAL Major Prize Package Value: $8,400

Runner up Prizes: The first 5 valid entries drawn from all entries received over the six weeks will each win a PlayStation®3/ Ratchet and Clank A Crack in Time Prize Pack valued at $609.95 RRP. The prize includes: A PS3 Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time game valued at $109.95, and a PLAYSTATION®3 Console valued at $499.95. TOTAL Runner Up Prize Value: $3049.50

12. Total prize pool is valued at up to AU$11,449.50. All values quoted are current as at 3rd November 2009 and are subject to change.

11. Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address before prizes are dispatched. The Promoter will bear the cost of delivery but all other costs associated with the taking and use of the prizes (including taxes, travel etc.) is the sole responsibility of the winners.

12. Chance plays a part in determining winners in this Promotion.

13. Winners will be notified by both email and phone. If the winners do not reply to the email within the specified time frame, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the entrant with the next valid entry drawn or to reoffer the prize in any future promotion, as per the redraw in clause 20.

14. Notification and Publication of Winners; All prize winners must be notified in writing as specified in the terms and conditions. The names of winners of prizes worth more than $250 must also be published in a generally circulated newspaper/journal in the area in which the lottery was held. Publication in a journal is required where the lottery was advertised solely through a trade journal, promotional magazine or similar publication. The winner announcements will be published in the Australian on the 22nd January 2010.

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for misdirected, lost or delayed entries and entries not received for any reason, or for any technical difficulties with entry.

16. Any Eligible Entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win. The Promoter also reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant"s identity, age and place of residence). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

17. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

18. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person in whose name the Internet account is held.

19. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not redeem the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.

20. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

21. A draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at Sony DADC Pty Ltd, 89 Chandos Street, St Leonards NSW 2065 at 12.00pm on the 20th April 2010, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners will be notified by email. 21. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

22. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

23. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant"s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

24. All prizes must be taken as stated. The prizes are not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

25. The judge"s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

26. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter"s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the access to the International Cup event is cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) if any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of or participation in a prize.

27. As a condition of accepting any prize, the winner (and any companions, if applicable) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

28. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

29. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue this competition at any time, subject to any written directions from the relevant regulatory authorities.
